Belly Dance Flow

Fascia Rolling
Try self-massage and soft tissue care using the Fascinator roller and The Fascination Method of self-myofascial release. The Fascinator is a specialized fitness roller which assists the user to release muscle knots and restore connective tissue imbalances. These “tissue issues” are likely the root cause of chronic pain, dysfunction, and dis-ease. The Fascination Method has proven to be a natural healing solution for thousands of stiff bodies and chronic pain sufferers
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis).
This Yoga Nidra class begins with a physical Asana practice of moving in order to prepare the body for stillness. Dress in your yoga attire.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
Yoga With Butterflies
What an enchanting opportunity — to enjoy a peaceful level 1 yoga class amidst butterflies! Join us at the Fruitville Farms in Sarasota for this pop up class inside a butterfly garden. Completely screened in, we are surrounded by delightful flowers and playful butterflies as we move and meditate together.
